Use this page for purchase restore issues, subscription questions, reminder problems, widget sync, or general help with your Evedra chapter.

Fast checks
Use Restore on the paywall or Account screen if Premium does not appear after purchase.
Open Account, then Manage subscription, to review cancellation or renewal status.
If reminders are quiet, check iOS Settings and confirm notifications are allowed for Evedra.
If the widget looks stale, open Evedra once so the app can refresh shared chapter state.
What to include
When contacting support, include the issue, what you expected to happen, your device model, iOS version, and whether you were using the monthly or yearly plan.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Refund requests, cancellation, and payment methods are managed through your Apple account.
